Stoneware Yarn Bowl

 Yarn bowls are an aesthetically pleasing and functional way of holding your ball of yarn when working on your latest knitting or crocheting project. To keep the ball from getting away from you when knitting or crocheting, simply insert the yarn in the carved cutout. When you are finished, or in between projects, you just slip the yarn out – no need to cut. The bowl is also an attractive way to display your yarn when you are not using it.

This stoneware bowl with an iron red glaze was hand thrown and carved. At 3" tall and 8" wide, it is sized to hold most 50 gram balls of yarn. It has a flat and extra heavy bottom to keep it from tipping.  It makes a perfect gift for you or your knitting friends
