Bonnie and Jim Stalder operated Bon’s Bakehouse in Greenfield, Iowa for 14 years. During this time, they served weekday breakfasts and noon lunches and catered thousands of events in and around the Greenfield area.  They retired in 2008 and created a cookbook to share favorite recipes from their business and family.
